              Operational VisionPlayerPro

              Essepharma chose Visionbox.it to transform the experience within its 6 pharmacies distributed throughout the Salerno area. The main requirement was to improve customer flow control in order to offer people a better service and pharmacists more effective queue management. To do this, line manager systems were installed at all points of sale. Systems consisting of touch kiosks and summary monitors where the scrolling numbering is accompanied by news and promotions to entertain waiting customers.

              A special feature of the Essepharma monitors is facial recognition. Thanks to this, content tailored to the person looking at the monitor is displayed and each point of sale has the opportunity to gather interesting insights to consciously improve the customer experience in the pharmacy. Time spent in front of the monitor, age and gender are just some of the data that is collected.
