Operational VisionPlayer
IRFID is a Campania-based organisation operating in the field of social welfare services and training for the treatment of disabilities, autism, behavioural and learning disorders. It chose Visionbox.it to improve the communication of its partner centres such as Neapolisanit, AIAS, Città della Salute, Centro Moscati and Fondazione Clotilde.
These are facilities that offer patients and visitors a wide range of services and opportunities. A static and traditional communication could hardly do justice to the wide range of training and care offered by these realities. For this reason, they installed multimedia totems both indoors and outdoors, implementing a touch experience in each of them that would allow the user to independently explore which of the centre’s services might be right for them. Rehabilitation treatments, accommodation, training courses.
Digital signage, in this case, was also used with a wayfinding function. Each totem has a map of the facility inside to help people find their way around and quickly find the room or service they need.
